The hotel was clean based in an original style building with attentive and caring staff. It was in a beautiful location not far from other ruins such as Uxmal, a quiet area, and Mexico. There was an outdoor restaurant nearby.

I had a great stay at a hotel near the ruins of Chichen Itza. The location was perfect, as I could easily walk to the park entrance. The hotel offered excellent value for money, with affordable prices and a delicious breakfast included. The staff were attentive and provided great service, making sure all my needs were met. The rooms were spacious, with a comfortable king size bed and all the amenities I needed for a pleasant stay.
No improvements needed, everything was just fine.

The hotel's beautiful design, lush gardens, and artwork create a truly picturesque atmosphere. Its ideal location allows for easy access to the upscale Mayaland and the Chichen Itza entrance. The staff were extremely helpful and the rooms were comfortable and clean. Despite being a quiet period, delicious meals were readily available. The hotel also arranged for a fantastic guide for our Chichen Itza tour. Don't forget to enjoy the serene ambiance at dawn by the pool, where you'll be greeted by the lovely sounds of birds.

Location is the main plus. Food is better at the neighboring lodge, and the beds are hard. You pay a lot to be this close.

There were a safe, iron/ironing board, and a work desk in the room, truly enjoyed that. The location was unbeatable, for example, Cenote was relatively close to the hotel. It took us 5 minutes' walk to reach downtown, and the staff were wonderfully helpful.
